Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Digital Product Officer is responsible for the strategic direction of Quadriga’s digital business and its implementation. You are experienced in mobilising cross-functional teams to build and develop our digital business. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you have a customer-centric way of thinking, you are excited to take what we’ve built to the next level, grow and diversify our technological expertise and our online services as well.

  • Accountable for all digital operations and driving both transformation and growth
  • Digitise Quadriga’s product portfolio and develop a holistic digital product vision and strategy
  • Lead and cultivate a team of high performing product managers
  • Understand what great digital products look like, create a roadmap and go to market plans
  • Leverage data to create new business opportunities, diagnose problems, identify risks, and make key decisions
  • Establish business cases that clearly articulate both hard and soft benefits for new cross-channel products and enhancements to existing products
  • Lead and mentor our digital product team as well as service partners, instilling a culture of customer focus, honesty and openness, excellence in execution, and innovation
  • Own and drive strategic initiatives and critical business functions to ensure that KPIs, sales, and profitability goals are met

  • Several years of relevant industry experience in delivering software releases, digital product management and design
  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education
  • Passion for customer service as well as ability to understand customer needs and use data to deliver great solutions
  • Technical expertise and ability to work closely with software developers
  • Big picture thinker with holistic, omni-channel point of view and creative problem-solving ability
  • Strong and positive leadership: able to inspire, collaborate, and communicate to build trust and consensus
  • High curiosity and learning orientation
  • Experience with agile development methodology + working with both technical and business user communities
  • Proficiency in analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
  • Organised, structured, analytical and logical; strong problem-solving skills and financial acumen
  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills with ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade off decisions
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to make independent decisions
  • Collaborative team player, working across various teams within the organization
